I'm an AI-native solo developer and I build my own products. That's the actual job for me at this point, not a side thing. Right now I'm heads-down in my dream project, pi_gravity_zero, and it gets most of my hours.

AI-native by default. I build with AI-native tooling end to end. Shipping something at production scale used to take a team, and it doesn't any more — pretending otherwise would only make me slower. I'm not arguing everyone should work this way. But the tools exist, they're good, and using them is the honest answer to what one person can now build.
I design it, AI helps build it. I decide what gets built and how it fits together: the architecture, the data model, the stack, the trade-offs, and what the product is actually for. AI does the heavy lifting on implementation. That split is deliberate — the decisions that are expensive to get wrong stay with me, and the work that is mostly mechanical doesn't need to.
Full-stack, solo. Frontend, backend, clean APIs and the glue between them. One person from idea to shipped, so nothing is lost in a handoff — and nothing ships that I haven't looked at and decided on.
Built on managed platforms. Vercel, Supabase, Railway and Google Cloud do the heavy lifting: hosting, databases, auth, scaling. Every team leans on infrastructure built by people who specialise in it. The difference is that mine is chosen deliberately, service by service, rather than inherited from whatever the last project used.
Security is not delegated. Secrets stay server-side, data access is least-privilege, input is validated and rate-limited, and errors are monitored. Modern models are genuinely strong at spotting security problems and I lean on that in review — but the habits and the practices are mine to keep. It's the part of this work I treat as least automatable.
Running it, not just building it. Someone has to run the business, and that someone is me: the administrative and operational side of the company, and the bookkeeping that comes with it. I manage the work itself the way a manager would — deciding what gets built next and when it ships. And none of it stops at launch. There is maintenance on a regular cadence, dependency audits to run and stacks to keep current, plus watching supply-chain security, because a compromised package is now one of the likelier ways something gets in.
